All Users agree to:

• • Use Trifloq solely for legitimate business purposes related to Abrar InfoTech's services
• • Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times
• • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users' information on the platform
• • Report any security concerns or unauthorized access immediately to the Admin

Clients additionally agree to:

• • Submit project requirements that are accurate and complete
• • Not contact assigned employees directly outside of Trifloq for platform-related work without Admin approval
• • Pay for services as per the confirmed project terms and issued invoices
• • Raise any concerns or disputes with the Admin within 7 days of the relevant event
• • Not attempt to bypass the Admin assignment process in any way

Employees additionally agree to:

• • Accept and fulfill project assignments as directed by the Admin
• • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details
• • Not communicate project details or deliverables to unauthorized parties
• • Deliver work to the quality and timeline standards agreed upon at assignment
• • Report any conflicts of interest or concerns regarding an assignment to the Admin promptly

The Trifloq Admin has full authority to:

• • Create, modify, suspend, or delete any user account
• • Accept, modify, reassign, or close any project post
• • Resolve disputes between Clients and Employees within the platform
• • Set platform policies and update this Agreement
• • Take any action necessary to maintain the integrity and security of Trifloq

Admin decisions regarding project assignments and dispute resolution are final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Trifloq:

• • Sharing login credentials with any other person
• • Attempting to access data belonging to another user
• • Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• • Using the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user
• • Circumventing the Admin's assignment process
• • Engaging employees directly for work outside Trifloq that originated on Trifloq without written consent from Abrar InfoTech
• • Uploading malicious software or attempting to compromise the platform's security

All project-related communications between Clients and Employees must go through Trifloq or via the Admin. Direct communication channels between Clients and Employees for Trifloq-originated work are not permitted without Admin approval. Abrar InfoTech is not responsible for commitments, agreements, or representations made outside of the Trifloq platform.

By using Trifloq, you represent and warrant that:

• • You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• • Your use of Trifloq will not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• • If you are accessing Trifloq on behalf of a company or organization, you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abrar InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of Trifloq; your breach of this Agreement; any content you submit through the platform; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Trifloq, you grant Abrar InfoTech the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you. We are not obligated to act on any feedback provided.

This User Agreement, together with the Trifloq Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Abrar InfoTech with respect to your use of Trifloq and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, on the same subject.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
