Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 14, 2026 | Last Updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trifloq, an internal project management and resource allocation portal operated by Abrar InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Abrar InfoTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Trifloq, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Trifloq is a closed, internal platform operated exclusively by Abrar InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It enables clients to post project requirements and allows the Trifloq Admin to assign the most suitable employee or team to fulfill those requirements. Trifloq is not a public marketplace. There is no bidding, proposal submission, or direct freelancer-client matching. All project assignments are made solely at the discretion of the Trifloq Admin.
Access to Trifloq is by invitation only. To use Trifloq, you must:
- • Be an authorized client, employee, or administrator of Abrar InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- • Be at least 18 years of age
- • Have received valid login credentials issued by the Trifloq Admin
- • Agree to these Terms in full
Unauthorized access to Trifloq is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice.
Account Creation
All accounts on Trifloq are created and managed by the Trifloq Admin. Users do not self-register.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You agree to notify the Trifloq Admin immediately at info@abrarinfotech.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information when requested by the Admin and to keep your profile details current. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.
Trifloq operates with three defined roles:
- Admin
The Admin is Abrar InfoTech's designated internal operator of Trifloq. The Admin reviews all project posts, evaluates requirements, and assigns the most suitable employee(s) to each project. The Admin's decisions on assignments are final. - Client
A Client is an authorized external or internal party who posts project requirements on Trifloq. Clients do not select, contact, or negotiate directly with employees. All communication regarding assignments goes through the Admin. - Employee
An Employee is an Abrar InfoTech staff member who is assigned to projects by the Admin based on skills, availability, and suitability. Employees do not apply for or bid on projects.
Project Posting
Clients may submit project requirements through Trifloq. Each submission must include an accurate description of the work required, expected timeline, and any relevant specifications.
Assignment Process
Upon receiving a project post, the Admin will review the requirements and assign the appropriate employee(s). The Client will be notified of the assignment. There is no bidding, proposal, or competitive selection process on Trifloq.
No Direct Engagement
Clients agree not to directly solicit, contact, or engage Trifloq employees outside of the platform for work related to any project posted on Trifloq, during or after the project, without the prior written consent of Abrar InfoTech.
Project Modifications
Any changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements must be communicated through Trifloq and approved by the Admin.
Payment Obligation
Clients agree to pay for services rendered as per the terms agreed upon at the time of project confirmation by the Admin.
Payment Gateway
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway integrated into Trifloq. Abrar InfoTech does not store your full card details or banking credentials on its servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Invoicing
Invoices will be issued by Abrar InfoTech upon project completion or as per agreed milestones. Payment terms will be specified on each invoice.
Late Payments
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension of access to Trifloq and/or suspension of active project work.
Disputes
Any payment disputes must be raised with the Admin within 7 days of invoice issuance at info@abrarinfotech.com.
You agree not to use Trifloq to:
- • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent project requirements
- • Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- • Circumvent the Admin-based assignment process by directly contacting employees for project work outside the platform
- • Share your login credentials with any third party

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action where warranted.

Abrar InfoTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to Trifloq at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access Trifloq ceases immediately. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
